We use their panettone flour (le magistrale) in all our panettone and grandi lievitati products. Agugiaro e figna is also on their way to be a certified B Corp entreprise and share similar values with us in terms of sustainability.
Wholegrain Milling is by far our favourite mill in Australia, not only they have been supplying flour to a lot of bakers for a long time, they are constantly improving their systems and trying to produce better flour, while taking better care of their customers, farmers and the soil.
We use their sustainable heritage white flour, sustainable bakers premium and the sustainable high protein flour.
